Our restaurant offers perfect locations for exclusive and refined dinners, even in intimate rooms, where the most demanding customers can find themselves in absolute privacy and exclusivity.

In addition, the rooms of the cellars, are the ideal setting for ceremonies, workshops, meetings, presentations, cultural initiatives and team building while the large panoramic terrace bordered by a swimming fountain. The courtyard area next to the century-old park help complete the perfect frame for every occasion.

The Restaurant

Guests who stay at the hotel can eat at the restaurant that offers advantageous menus dedicated to those who prefer half board or full board or choosing dishes directly from our à la carte menu.

The restaurant is open everyday, all year. Reservation is preferable:
at lunch from 12:30 to 14:00 , at dinner from 19:30 to 22:00

The Cellars

Our cellars, dug into the tufa by hand, host hundreds of precious bottles.
From Marche’s excellences to the most representative Italian wines, to the French vintage wines up to the bubbles.

Also available at our restaurant are spirits and dessert wines.

For particular bottles or those requiring early opening, particular service temperature or further attention, please contact us.

Cheese

In our tuff caves, we refine cheese produced by Azienda Agraria Pala di Tavoleto, which operates in organic farming.

Cheese, purchased fresh, is processed in our kitchen and after a period of time ranging from 3 to 12 months, after careful care, is served to our guests.

In order to taste them, given the small production, a reservation is strongly recommended.

Bar

Located between the main entrance and the Breakfast room, our bar is the place where we make all the coffee preparations. Also from the late afternoon, before dinner, you can enjoy a drink accompanied by delicious appetizers.

The relaxing end of the meal at the Bar, where you can taste the typical Moretta Fanese, a special coffee of the local tradition, or a wide selection of Italian traditional Bitters and fine selected spirits.

Breakfast

Castello di Montegiove offers everyday for the guests: pastries and cakes from our kitchen, homemade white yogurt, fruit salads, quiches, sandwiches, cold cuts, fresh and aged cheeses, egg-based preparations that we make at the moment at your request.

The Breakfast Service is available from 7:00 to 10:00 extending the hours with flexibility at the weekend. It is possible to request breakfast with room service.
